Island Smokvica (or Smokica) is one of the islands that make up the National park Kornati. It is situated south from Kornati (the biggest island of the archipelago) and with it it surrounds the gate named Vrata od Opata. From the highest point of the island (94 m), to which you will arrive by a walk through a olive garden, the view stretched to the Kornat channel, Skulj and numerous islands of the archipelago.

We offer accommodation to adventurous travellers, yachtsmen and real nature lovers. The House Marija is situated in the cove Lojena on the southeast side of the island. Built in the manner of the insular life style, on the base floor there is a kitchen with dinning room and bathroom, and on the first floor there is a bedroom with two smaller queen size beds. In front of the house there is a big terrace, which was once used to dry fish net, and a waterfront that is used to tie down a boat.
